Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP – ASAM 2.1)

The practice of recovery — where healing deepens through accountability, connection, and daily living.

IOP bridges structured care and independence — multiple days a week of therapy, groups, and recovery planning while living at home.

The embodiment of recovery — where healing becomes identity, purpose, and sustained change.
At this stage, clients shift from practicing recovery to living recovery. Through Identity & Shadow Work, Existential Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), clients explore who they are beyond addiction and learn to live in alignment with their values and purpose.

Peer mentorship and alumni connection reinforce long-term recovery. Clients stay involved, give back, and engage in community — transforming recovery into legacy.
