Residential Treatment (ASAM 3.5)

The beginning of recovery — where safety, structure, and self-awareness take root.

Our high-intensity Residential Program (ASAM 3.5) in Virginia provides 24/7 care in a supportive setting. Ideal after detox, hospitalization, or relapse, it offers a secure foundation to begin recovery with round-the-clock clinical and peer support.

At this level, clients focus on grounding and stabilization through DBT and CBT foundations, building the emotional regulation, insight, and self-awareness required for deeper therapeutic work. This is where clients first identify maladaptive patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and begin developing the stability needed for long-term recovery.

Peer support begins immediately — clients experience connection, accountability, and the comfort of knowing they’re not alone. Community becomes the first mirror of healing.
